Working with a JV Partner we invested in North Wales Hydro Power Ltd providing property and development expertise for the construction and development of hydroelectric schemes.
Working with landowners, potential sites were successfully secured for development and to date eleven sites have been commissioned, providing electricity to many local homes and businesses.
We have experience developing a variety of turbines to include Pelton turbines, Crossflow turbines and Archimedean Screw turbines.
Our sites are jointly asset managed and operated by our in-house renewables team and our JV partner. We are continually identifying and exploring new renewable technologies, that could benefit the energy market.
Energy is becoming an increasingly important topic and our early investment in renewable energy has positioned us well to take advantage of future opportunities within the industry.
